Descripción: Development, implementation and accountability for marketing plans
which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for a
brand (s) in the short and long term.

Promotes, maintains & adapt the brand image at Regional level following
global branding guidelines. Develop and implement marketing strategies
including positioning, pricing, expenses budgets, advertising and
promotion of the brand. Helps to create annual marketing plan.
Communicates, Aligns and ensures support all plans, projects and
promotions with Head of Marketing .Aligns plans with Trade Marketing,
professional Services and Sales teams ( Field +KA). Creates quarterly
promotion & advertising campaigns working with external agencies.
Create marketing materials to support advertising campaigns. Monthly
forecast of budget, sales, production, advertising expenses, samples
and their implementation in various templates & systems. Ensures
accurate Forecast of product in S&OP process and works with logistics
to optimize supply at all times. Monitor and analyze business
performance and external environment via external data sources and
internal measure tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet
business objectives. Aligns marketing strategy with customer needs by
recurring to monthly sales visits. Training new hires and all VC sales team in Marketing plans, processes and materials. Incorporated sales
members in different marketing projects in order to develop them in
marketing principles & processes and to develop the marketing team in
sales and clients perspectives.

Requisitos

Requisitos: Education: University degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration.
Languages: Advanced in English
Experience: 3 years in Marketing departments in Consumer Health or FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods)
Ideally experience in both in B2B & B2C environment.
Nivel de estudios mínimo requerido: Licenciado
Idiomas requeridos: Inglés nivel Alto.
Experiencia profesional mínima requerida: 3 años
Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: Ninguna
