Descripción: The holder of this position is responsible for the management, coordination and steering of Spanish Marketing functions/strategy in the area of "Chronic Dialysis" with the main goal to expand core business. He/she secures market oriented active expertise across the company's offering in the area of chronic dialysis, supporting sales with therapy/product expertise, communication and event organization support, as well as market and competitor information. At this, the holder refers to the core business/portfolio in the area of chronic dialysis / chronic renal failure (products, services, solutions and dialysis care models) of Fresenius Medical Care Spain in order to keep FME at the forefront in market standing whilst maintaining optimum profitability.

· The establishment and execution of marketing plans and initiatives (tactics) in line with the strategy of the region EMEA.
· The forecasting and alignment of marketing budgets.

· The support of and collaboration with Sales to implement the therapy strategies in the market.

· The best positioning of FME's core products/services in the market through functions like Marketing Communication, Congresses & Events, Marketing Training Excellence and Therapy and Solution Management.

· The clear definition of interfaces between Marketing and Market Engagement and the collaboration with the Market Engagement Department in case a product shifts from future business portfolio to current business portfolio.

Requisitos

Requisitos: Academic degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management or similar areas.

Strong track record of leading marketing units as sales enablers.

· Strong and successful performance in a management role regarding marketing (~ 5+ years professional experience), ideally in an international company.

· ~10+ years professional experience in the healthcare sector.

· Experience in leading teams
Nivel de estudios mínimo requerido: Licenciado en Ciencias de la Salud
Especialidad: Licenciatura en Medicina / Enfermería / CCSS
Idiomas requeridos: Inglés nivel Perfecto.
Experiencia profesional mínima requerida: más de 10 años
Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: El 60% del tiempo laboral
