Descripción: Main Accountabilities

• Monitor and follow up the planning and execution of regional partnership agreements with key identified accounts.
• Develop value proposition in cost-effectiveness terms aligned with marketing obesity strategy in order to avoid access restrictions to the products in the private assigned accounts.
• Reach out win-win agreements with relevant customers in Regional Hospitals to ensure products introduction with the best conditions possible in terms of profit and sales growth (e.g. Risk Sharing Agreements).
• Plan (analysis & diagnosis) and execute the Private Access Plan with the customers and accounts assigned aligned with the annual marketing plan.
• Ensure the executive representation of the company in the private obesity environment.
• Manage customer contacts and foster a strong contact networking.
• Work according to Business Ethics procedures.
• Work according to local law, Novo Nordisk Way and Business Ethics procedures.

Requirements

• Min. bachelor degree, preferably in health sciences or economy and MBA.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related function within the pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare management positions within Government Healthcare Institutions, payer or policy making.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish private pharmaceutical market.
• It will be highly desirable previous experience working in/with Insurance Company.

Observaciones: About the department

You will be part of Market Access & Public Affairs team, which handles these main areas: Public Affairs, Market Access (Regional and Hospitals), Health Economics, Diabetes Foundation and Communication and Private Market Access. Besides, you will work in stretch collaboration with the Obesity Business Unit.

Main purpose

Manage the follow up and execution of Novo Nordisk Private Access strategy in Obesity with the aim of ensuring best possible access situation for our products. Enable patient access to Novo Nordisk products based on marketing Obesity strategy in cross functional collaboration with other functions in the Field Force with the aim to minimize current and future reimbursement/access barriers in the private health environment.

Requisitos

Requisitos: • Min. bachelor degree, preferably in health sciences or economy and MBA.
