Descripción: Key Accountabilities

STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT

• Investigate and shape the regional/local payer networking in order to identify key players in the access process (main decision makers of Regional Market and Key Hospitals).
• Influence over key decision-holders to ensure optimal access within the assigned region aligned with the national strategy.
• Planning and execution of diabetes regional Payer Partnership Programs aligned with the Regional Field Force Plan.
• Build effective relationships with customers and manage these contacts (stakeholders mapping and engagement).

MARKET IMPACT

• Get the best positioning of our products and pathologies through the implementation of value proposition in cost-effectiveness terms, innovative purchase or offers.
• Develop and implement market access plans in the region and assigned accounts to ensure the incorporation of Novo Nordisk's product portfolio (new and existing), aligned with the company's national strategy.
• Reach out win-win agreements with relevant customers in the region to ensure NN portfolio introduction with the best conditions possible in terms of profit and sales growth (e.g. Risk Sharing Agreements)
• Avoid and minimize the reimbursement barriers in order to ensure patients with appropriate treatment and optimal access to NN products, addressing payer objections to the products prescription
• Sales analysis and opportunity assessment for key accounts in the region.
• Analysis access policies within the regional environment.

Observaciones: INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Strong collaboration with Business Units, Sales, Marketing and Medical Department Units to ensure the implementation of plans and agreements.
• Contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and other meetings.
• Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, NNWay and NN policies & guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Economy.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position (regional and hospital access) in the regions assigned.
- Knowledge of Spanish Health System organization.
- Solid network and proved relationship with Regional Payers.
- High proficiency in English.
- Availability to travel.

Requisitos

Requisitos: Bachelor degree, preferably in Health Sciences or Economy.

At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position (regional and hospital access) in the regions assigned.

Knowledge of Spanish Health System organization.
Nivel de estudios mínimo requerido: Licenciado en Ciencias de la Salud
Idiomas requeridos: Inglés nivel Alto.
Experiencia profesional mínima requerida: 4 años
Disponibilidad para viajar requerida: El 80% del tiempo laboral
